I write these posts to share my love of running and exercising and all of the highs and lows of my on-going fitness journey. Exercising has always been a part of my life! I was super involved in sports growing up {mostly soccer} and my mom loves running and exercising. She set a great example of using exercise not just to be "skinny" or lose weight, but to stay healthy and strong. It really is something I genuinely enjoy! It's important to me to be fit, strong and healthy in order to serve God in any ministry He leads me to, support Mark in the daily tasks and the big dreams that we have, and be able to run around and be active and adventurous with my kids!
