Day 13

This one is getting in late today! I'm going to keep it short and simple since it is nearing midnight. I am thankful for the fireplace in my house! A real, wood burning fireplace is one of my favorite features in a house. As the Hampton Roads area is finally dipping into some low winter weather (its going to be below freezing tonight!) there is nothing better than to come home from work to a roaring fire in the hearth. I love the warm glow and the feeling of homey coziness that comes along with burning logs in my home. We enjoyed a dinner of broccoli cheddar soup (in bread bowls!) in front of the fire tonight. It doesn't get much better than that on a cold winter night. :)
